- Tip: On the first floor of the Eiffel Tower, you can take a closer look at one of the remaining pieces of this historic spiral staircase which was used by Gustave Eiffel to reach his office.
- Each year, the top of the Eiffel Tower closes for maintenance and renovations, and this year it will reopen on February 7, 2025.
- Please note you will not be able to purchase tickets to the summit on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. If you wish to visit the summit, purchase these tickets before your visit.
- This experience is wheelchair and pram/stroller accessible to the 1st and 2nd floors.
- The summit is not accessible to wheelchair users.
- This tour can accommodate a maximum of 20 people in 1 group.
- Individuals must present a valid form of identification, such as a passport or ID card, to access the tower grounds.
- Keep in mind that smoking, large luggage, non-folding buggies/prams, big bags, baby strollers, rollerblades, scooters, skateboards, hoverboards, other large rolling objects (except foldable pushchairs, medical or assistance vehicles for persons with reduced mobility), sharp objects, glass bottles, padlocks, and cans are not allowed on this experience.
- To keep everyone safe, there might be a short wait for a security check when you enter.
- Sometimes, great things take a little patience. During peak seasons, you might have to wait up to 90 minutes before your experience begins.
- After the guided tour, explore each floor of the iconic tower at your own pace and make the most of your visit!
- Entrance is free for infants under 4. If the infant option is not available during the booking step, please contact Headout support to make a request in advance.
- This is an English-guided tour. Some guides may also speak additional languages, primarily French or Spanish, and may offer extra assistance when possible, though this cannot be guaranteed.
- These tickets can't be cancelled or rescheduled.

I was able to access the tickets easily. We understood the guided tour duration was 1 hour 30 minutes. The guide spook with us as we took 5 min walk to the tower. After the guide took us up to the 2nd floor the guided part of the tour was over.

We lucked out being the only one on the tour and it was the night of my 40th birthday- it felt so special! Rafael was a fantastic guide- he walked us up through some beautiful photo spots, took lots of pictures of my husband and I, and answered all of our questions not just about the Eiffel Tower but about life in Paris. It wasn't a crowded night but it was still so nice to follow someone who knew exactly where to go and just be able to take it all in. Highly recommend this experience!

What a great experience from start to finish almost :) we started the tour outside the pick up address and like most we arrived early tami the tour guide was amazing but she was just filling in as Abbie our actual guide was running late due to metro issue. That being said tami was amazing got us through security and to the lift quickly and efficiently. Abbie arrived just as we where about to board the lift very apologetic and with her note book in hand proceeded to take our tour with an abundance of information. We loved it the kids loved it and it was an amazing experience we will never forget. Thinking of doing one I'd definitely recommend it the Eiffel Tower is a must!

I am happy with this experience because it was one of my wife's birthday presents-she was really happy and that's what counts! Unfortunately, however, I must observe that the one and a half hour wait to go up the tower was really too long and inexplicable! Especially since having already bought tickets we should have had priority. Luckily we had a very nice and very good guide Mademoiselle LIZ who entertained us by telling us the history of Eiffel, many funny stories and many anecdotes that made the wait less heavy.

The whole experience was awesome starting with not having to queue up to get in, skipping the lines enabled us spend more time touring the tour itself. Efi our tour guide made the experience very enjoyable and was very knowledgeable in the information he provided. He took time and made the effort to inclue everybody in the tour. The weather took a turn for the worse but actually made it more enjoyable. We got to experience a storm whilst at the summit and it made the experience all the more memorable.

Our tour Guide, Sol, was a 10/10! Her english was clear and easy to understand. Her enthusiasm was great! She was patient, informed, with an engaging delivery of the information. She was eager to answer any questions, made sure our group of 7 was kept together, patiently acted as photographer for everyone in the group, and provided a great history of the tower. The boat ride was pleasant, but with much less info provided about the buildings along the way.

A guide with wit and charm led us through the waiting time and really explained everything to us! Fortune had great pictures with historical facts and told us great anecdotes. Our guide Nihad (Headout/Experience First) was very good! He made the 2.5 hour wait, including 2 hours to get on the lift, more pleasant with good entertainment. Despite having booked a ticket and guide, we had to wait a long time. You would have had the same waiting time even without a reservation. This was not apparent anywhere beforehand. There were hundreds of people with reservations at the meeting point. However, the organization and division into small groups of about 15 was very good. Waiting time at the first security entrance was short. The elevator is clearly a bottleneck. Regardless of whether you have a reservation or not!
