Loved sitting up top! Clear US speaking audio guide lots of info! Loved the "Biga café" for lunch!
Always a great way to see the sights. We rode the red loop, getting on near our hotel, and actually stayed on for an extra 1/2 loop so we could get off at the shopping area near Teatro Massimo. The app was helpful and accurately showed the location and arrival of the bus. The commentary was generally interesting (to me, anyway!) and helped me appreciate some of the area's history. Glad we did it and highly recommend it.
The bus schedules were unclear and it made several stops without warning. We were not able to make the complete tour. The bus was not air conditioned and the heat was unbearable for the children.

It was almost impossible to find stops after booking online. No info, no link, nothing about it. Very poor service (booked via something called "Headout").

No signposting from the port, no one to guide us to the meeting point
View original review in French
It was ok, the weather was fine. We had long walks.
View original review in German
The location of the stops was not marked well enough, we struggled to find the points to catch the bus again. Pick-up point far from the cathedral, others of the competition were closer and more visible, in fact we lost a lot of time and missed the bus forcing a long wait in the sun. Perhaps the competition was better

Very disappointing experience. Very quick tour for the price and almost no information about the area. No communication from the bus team, especially when they leave you in the sun for 15 minutes without telling you that this is the terminus. The headphones didn't all work and apparently you had to get an audio guide, which I never got. The application didn't give the bus times as expected, so you had to wait at the stops without knowing how long. Clearly a "tourist catcher", for €50 for 3 of us we'd have been better off treating ourselves to a restaurant!

Rubbish - have used hop on hop off in the past and found them excellent. This did not live up, commentary was rudimentary and didnt match up with locations. Also husband had much difficulty with his headphones so missed commentary whilst changing seats repeatedly to get them to work.
+ The bus driver catched us up just after the stop we didn't find first. The Ticket online doesn't work to transfare in the App! After 40 min and 6 link to register I gave up. -- The Bus B Tour couldn't take us because full. the next Bus B stopded after 1 Station and told us to wait for 1 hour for the next bus. We got angry because we waited mostly instead of driving arround and hop on and off. we would not pay 40.-€ to wait mostly! we do not recommand this tour!
Because it rained on the day of the reservation, we stayed inside the bus. The windows were covered with a sun protection net and nothing could be seen outside.
The sound on the bus was really bad although in English it could was low in volume and when you raised it it was distorted
The bus drove once around the city center and that was all. All points are within walking distance and the experience is much nicer and more interesting. We could have saved ourselves the €40.

I did not love any of it. The buses were not frequent enough for the amount of people. The audio info was very poor on Route A and did not work at all on Route B. The staff were not friendly or happy.
The bus was punctual for pickups. Reliable. The staff were not friendly. Once at a stop, there was no direction as to the possible sights to see in that area.
Long waiting times, long stays in sweltering heat. No special highlights. The blue tour b didn't bring much that was new.

Frequency of buses vtij low. Audio quality too low to follow properly. Route short. Is also good to walk.

I have always used this company in different cities around the world and everything was always ok, but the truth is that this experience was very bad, there is no information about the stops, I called for customer service and they informed me of one stop close to where I was (number 5), I waited an hour and nothing arrived. A shame, the longest I have waited in other cities was 20 minutes, besides the trip is very short, it takes longer because of the traffic. The truth is that today was a total disappointment.

My family really enjoyed the experience in combo eiffel tower / Seine, the only thing that left us puzzled ( maybe because we did not understand it well ourselves ) , the guide after accompanying us to the tower and pointed out the steps for security checks, on the way down there was no more , we still found our way and took the cruise on the Seine

The meeting point was clearly communicated and the tour operators were organized and knew what they were doing. It seemed a little excessive to be there 30 minutes before tour time but it wasn't as we were there at opening and the lines were forming quickly. They kept us all together and explained the entry process well, including two different security/bag checks. The skip-the-line was helpful as tower security helped ensure that our group was able to proceed and they detained people trying to move ahead without that option. Sharon was our group guide and she was very knowledgeable and kept up with all of us even while she explained all the history of the tower. It was a great experience and I recommend Experience First for your tours. And be sure to book tickets to the Summit (by elevator). It's awesome up there.
We had a wonderful time at Eiffel Tower. Our guide Sebastian from Argentina was very interactive and helpful and witty too. Had a great time exploring the place !!! I would highly recommend this guided tour and Sebastian from Argentina !!! Kudos
Alexandra is a good guide. She gave us a good explanation of the construction of the Iron Lady. We thank her for waiting for us when we were a little late.

Really great guide, with excellent knowledge. We loved the whole experience. Being able to by pass the que was an added bonus.
A great guide!!! Very cooperative, always friendly and an answer to every question!!! Waiting time to get up the tower was definitely too long with children, but you can't help it....

It was a real tremendous breathtaking experience being all the way up which I've never been an experience I'll never ever forget
The tour went really well, we just had a bit of trouble finding our guide. It was hard to find the meeting point, especially as we were from the provinces.

So good 😊 Just need better communication & couldn't download tickets 🎫. Thanks to tour guide Ruth things ran like clockwork. They even sang Happy birthday in French to my wife loved it . Many thanks Ruth lovely guide & spoke good English.
The guide went out of his way to allow us to go up to the top floor that was suddenly closed due to too many people. The sunset from there was magnificent.

We learned a lot of interesting details about the Eiffel Tower from Ekaette, and in a very friendly and entertaining way!

The experience was unforgettable. I managed to book my tickets at the last minute. The company I booked with called me and helped me get to where I needed to meet our guide. The guide was amazing! Her knowledge of French history and ability to speak English made the tour even more enjoyable.
Paris! Eiffel Tower – pure magic! Had an amazing time with my daughter. The breathtaking views and city lights made us feel like we were in a fairytale. I highly recommend a guided tour; it was absolutely wonderful and made the experience even better!
Temmy was an outstanding guide for our small group Eiffel Tower visit. She impressed us with her deep knowledge, sharing all the essential facts and statistics about the landmark in a way that was both clear and engaging. Temmy kept the tour lively by asking interesting questions, making the experience not only educational but genuinely fun for everyone. Thanks to her expertise and friendly approach, our visit was much more memorable and enjoyable than we expected. Highly recommended!
Our tourist guide Alexandra was very energetic and very friendly. She explained well all the history and even had a question and answer for the group
Our guide, Sebastian, was knowledgeable and entertaining. We did not find it too crowded or the lines too long. A very pleasant experience. We booked through your tour group by accident which is what we call a happy accident. Thank you!
Although it was windy raining and chilly, the guide was cheerful accommodating and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience
Well planned tour and knowledgable tour guide who spoke 5 languages...!! Great views of the city and information on the tower and Paris. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful experience that I would also repeat immediately! One never gets tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower especially when accompanied by an empathetic and helpful guide (even if , alas, he does not speak Italian like the vast majority of French people)who, after explaining the history of the tower in Spanish, English and French, escorted us to the second floor and then left us free to visit this wonder . From any floor and angle of the tower the view of Paris is breathtaking!!! All this without having stood in line for even a minute given the priority access.

Out tour guide Alexandra was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She knew the right facts that would interest us. Highly recommended.
Great tour guide, Louise, made the process seamless. A beautiful clear day, making the view clear and stunning. Always a beautiful view, but shame about being so busy and popular, but that also adds to the atmosphere.
The tour guide was great. She knew a lot about the tower and was able to incorporate jokes and made it a great experience.
A very nice experience I recommend it the price is good the guide very explanatory and understandable at all times was aware of the group.

The whole booking process was very seamless. I found the guide (Natalie) very easily and she did an amazing job explaining the history of the Eiffel Tower. Learnt so many cool things that I didn't know before. Would highly recommend the guided tour for a more in-depth experience.

Georgia did a fantastic job of guiding us through the Colosseum! Extensive details and many pictures to support her explanations. Great way to spend an afternoon.
our guide was amazing, her knowledge and enthusiasm for Roman history was infectious. I'd recommend this to anyone, we would never have seen so much in the time we had.
Brilliantly organised. Our guide was friendly, easy to understand, very knowledgeable and ever so kind and considerate - especially with the heat. Loved the tour and would highly recommend going as a small group.
Real added value from guide Polina's enthusiasm and expert commentary. Top spots visited that you wouldn't discover otherwise. Very pleasant tour and Colosseum was really great to see from the bottom and top. Highly recommended across the board.

Colosseum, arena floor, palatine hill and the forum tour at 11am. It was amazing! The guide, (so sorry we didn't catch his name) but he was so knowledgeable, gave plenty opportunity to ask questions, tried to keep us out of the blazing sun were possible. Worth every cent we paid!
Georgia was an excellent tour guide highly informative and clearly passionate about the history of Rome. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and gladly recommend to anyone interested in the history of this fascinating city 🤙🏼
I went on the 4pm Colosseum tour that included the arena floor, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill. While it was a hotter part of the day, there weren't too many crowds. Our tour guide Mahmoud was absolutely fantastic! He had such a love for the history of the colosseum and was very knowledgeable too. His enjoyment and enthusiasm made for a special experience. Well worth doing this tour. Thank you again to Mahmoud!
I had an amazing time while on the tour the guide made sure to slowly go through the detailed history of everything we passed and gave us plenty of time for photos.
Flavia was an awesome guide who made the tour have more meaning and overall more enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind, and witty.
Visiting Rome was absolutely unforgettable – history, art, and the magic of the Eternal City at every turn. We were incredibly lucky to have Diego as our guide – knowledgeable, passionate, and full of humor, he truly brought the city to life. Thanks to him, we didn’t just see Rome – we felt it. Highly recommended!
The location is easy to find. The guide is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The trip is quite interesting. I have a lot of pictures and a lot of updated knowledge.
Our guide, Pedro, did his job wonderfully. The pace we took during the visits was very good and gave time to see everything at ease, with very extensive explanations, but at the same time very simple and enjoyable, suitable for everyone, with touches of humor. We toured the entire Palatine Forum, he gave us many details of everything, also interactive and fun. In the Colosseum, he almost made us feel like gladiators going out to the arena or spectators of the games. We had a great time and would definitely repeat with him as a guide.

My 13 year old daughter and I love Roman history and our guide made it come to life. Despite searing July heat, it was truly an amazing experience that we both would wholeheartedly recommend.
Brazilian from Garça, SP, visiting the Colosseum inside in July 2025, the guide spoke Spanish, it was easy to understand, bring a bottle of water and a hat and come with sneakers and shorts.

All very well. Bianca was very charming. No lack of explanations and details of each site. Even with the extreme heat. For my part I would repeat with her.

Our historian and guide, Mircea, was exceptional. Knowledgeable, personable, and so accommodating. Both the tour and our guide exceeded our expectations!
This was a wonderful tour! It was very hot and our guide made sure to take good care of us. We learned so much and got to see everything we hoped to.
The monument was impressive and Said was all the "money" giving us so many detailed information that will never forget ! Strongly recommended
Seeing the Colosseum for the first time was a wow moment. But getting inside was just amazing and with the full experience of being taken around by our knowledgeable tour guide from Inside Out Italy made it quite special. The highlight was of course seeing the whole of the Colosseum from the arena floor but we also got taken up and round different floors and seeing it from different angles. Then after the Colosseum you're taken across to the Roman Hill and Paletine. So all in all it was what I would call a thorough tour the only bit we didn't see up close was the underground part of the Colosseum but you get to see the central underground section from the arena floor anyway. Well worth doing.
Visiting the Colosseum, or "Coliseu" as it's known in Portuguese, is an absolutely breathtaking experience that transports you back to the heart of ancient Rome. Standing within those colossal ruins, you can almost hear the roar of the crowds and imagine the gladiatorial contests that once took place on the arena floor. The sheer scale of Roman engineering is awe-inspiring, and exploring the intricate levels, from the underground hypogeum where animals and gladiators awaited their fate, to the upper tiers offering panoramic views of the entire amphitheater, truly brings history to life. The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.
Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.
The highlight of my visit was our guide Bruno was the best, he is an archaeologist and explained very clearly. Fantastic

I don't think I could have done this tour on my own. So much to see & learn in this tour, deeply enriched in history. Our guide explained so much in the time we were with her, & her ability to be patient & direct us around the huge crowds & other tour groups was well done. Thank you for an amazing tour & the opportunity to walk away with so much knowledge & many photos
The meeting point was easy, the guide Sandra was extremely attentive and gave us a history lesson!!!

I was told about the Amazing Pass through a friend who just recently visited Japan and Im very glad I ended up getting the pass for my party of 4. It turned out to be very convenient and I was able to get my money's worth through all the attractions and transit fees I didn't have to pay for individually. It also encouraged us to do more in Osaka than we ha ld originally planned. I highly recommend this pass if you are able to get it.
Many cool attractions are included and traveling by metro is very uncomplicated. The fact that the Qr code expires after 1 minute is sometimes annoying

Love the 360 city view from the roof of the building.

Ticketing was great - right to the front of the queue - saved lots of time. Best experience was going up the towers for the views.
Bought it mostly to visit Osaka castle. It's quite nice to visit it without waiting in line. Also used it in metro. Was quite upset, that it doesn't match with Nankai line, keep it in mind
I recommend that anyone staying in Osaka get an Osaka Amazing Pass. The convenience and the range of attractions are unbelievable for the money. Truly fantastic. I wish every city in Japan had a pass like this.
I liked how easy it was to use, but at times it seemed that there occured some problems regarding the reading of the QR code.
Loved the ease of use - skipping long queues was a definite bonus, and the cost saving to all the sights included was also appreciated
