Always a great way to see the sights. We rode the red loop, getting on near our hotel, and actually stayed on for an extra 1/2 loop so we could get off at the shopping area near Teatro Massimo. The app was helpful and accurately showed the location and arrival of the bus. The commentary was generally interesting (to me, anyway!) and helped me appreciate some of the area's history. Glad we did it and highly recommend it.

The bus schedules were unclear and it made several stops without warning. We were not able to make the complete tour. The bus was not air conditioned and the heat was unbearable for the children.

The location of the stops was not marked well enough, we struggled to find the points to catch the bus again. Pick-up point far from the cathedral, others of the competition were closer and more visible, in fact we lost a lot of time and missed the bus forcing a long wait in the sun. Perhaps the competition was better

Very disappointing experience. Very quick tour for the price and almost no information about the area. No communication from the bus team, especially when they leave you in the sun for 15 minutes without telling you that this is the terminus. The headphones didn't all work and apparently you had to get an audio guide, which I never got. The application didn't give the bus times as expected, so you had to wait at the stops without knowing how long. Clearly a "tourist catcher", for €50 for 3 of us we'd have been better off treating ourselves to a restaurant!

Rubbish - have used hop on hop off in the past and found them excellent. This did not live up, commentary was rudimentary and didnt match up with locations. Also husband had much difficulty with his headphones so missed commentary whilst changing seats repeatedly to get them to work.

+ The bus driver catched us up just after the stop we didn't find first. The Ticket online doesn't work to transfare in the App! After 40 min and 6 link to register I gave up. -- The Bus B Tour couldn't take us because full. the next Bus B stopded after 1 Station and told us to wait for 1 hour for the next bus. We got angry because we waited mostly instead of driving arround and hop on and off. we would not pay 40.-€ to wait mostly! we do not recommand this tour!

I have always used this company in different cities around the world and everything was always ok, but the truth is that this experience was very bad, there is no information about the stops, I called for customer service and they informed me of one stop close to where I was (number 5), I waited an hour and nothing arrived. A shame, the longest I have waited in other cities was 20 minutes, besides the trip is very short, it takes longer because of the traffic. The truth is that today was a total disappointment.

We opted for the Eiffel Tower summit + riverboat cruise combo. We enjoyed the mini guided tour up to the Eiffel Tower and the escort up to the 2nd floor, with the benefit of a "coup-file". From there, we were autonomous and managed our time on the esoteric as we saw fit. Ditto for the boat cruise on the Seine. We were happy with this formula, but if you're looking for a more comprehensive guided tour with an expert guide, this is not it. Only available in English. For the activity in French, you had to pay 5 euros (?).

Beautiful experience that I would also repeat immediately! One never gets tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower especially when accompanied by an empathetic and helpful guide (even if , alas, he does not speak Italian like the vast majority of French people)who, after explaining the history of the tower in Spanish, English and French, escorted us to the second floor and then left us free to visit this wonder . From any floor and angle of the tower the view of Paris is breathtaking!!! All this without having stood in line for even a minute given the priority access.

We arrived at 8:30 PM (as per shcedule time) but the group had left. I would advise to arrive 15 min early as per the recommendations. A staff member from a different company helped us get in touch with the group . Following this, another staff member from Headout escorted us down to the place where the group was. A big shout out to this staff member. We are very grateful to the staff for their assistance. The guide was informative. Unfirtunately, due to the weather conditions, the tour to the summit was cancelled. We still had a good time.

Uncover the history behind this iconic landmark with an expert guide while choosing between panoramic city views by day or night.

  • Everything you get: Head to the elevator to the second floor or the summit, the highest point in Paris. Along the way, hear captivating stories about the tower’s construction, significance, and Gustave Eiffel’s vision. • Why choose this: The Eiffel is more than just a viewpoint—this guided tour offers a deeper understanding of its history. With a small group (max 20 guests), enjoy an interactive experience.
  • Choose from multiple slots available— by day, enjoy clear views of Paris landmarks, and by night, witness the stunning city lights and the tower's sparkling illuminations.
  • Upgrades: Add a Seine River cruise, with the Eiffel Tower as the convenient boarding point, for a scenic view of the city’s landmarks from the water.

My family really enjoyed the experience in combo eiffel tower / Seine, the only thing that left us puzzled ( maybe because we did not understand it well ourselves ) , the guide after accompanying us to the tower and pointed out the steps for security checks, on the way down there was no more , we still found our way and took the cruise on the Seine

The meeting point was clearly communicated and the tour operators were organized and knew what they were doing. It seemed a little excessive to be there 30 minutes before tour time but it wasn't as we were there at opening and the lines were forming quickly. They kept us all together and explained the entry process well, including two different security/bag checks. The skip-the-line was helpful as tower security helped ensure that our group was able to proceed and they detained people trying to move ahead without that option. Sharon was our group guide and she was very knowledgeable and kept up with all of us even while she explained all the history of the tower. It was a great experience and I recommend Experience First for your tours. And be sure to book tickets to the Summit (by elevator). It's awesome up there.

She impressed us with her deep knowledge, sharing all the essential facts and statistics about the landmark in a way that was both clear and engaging. Temmy kept the tour lively by asking interesting questions, making the experience not only educational but genuinely fun for everyone. Thanks to her expertise and friendly approach, our visit was much more memorable and enjoyable than we expected. Highly recommended!

The tour was fabulous. The tour guide, Victoria, was friendly and very knowledgeable, making our tour very educational. The area was very busy but due to the pre-booked tickets we bypassed all the queues. The tour was expensive and took in the colusseum, the Palestine Hill and the Forum. The tour was approximately 3 hours long. There were toilet stops and plenty of photo taking opportunities. The tour was conducted in English and had a radio set to ensure you could hear the guide at all times. The tour required moderate mobility with a number of steps being involved but generally was easy to manage and inside the colusseum there was an elevator. I can't recommend this tour enough.

We were so lucky to get Francesca as our tour guide. Not only is she very knowledgeable on the Colosseum history she has a wonderful personality & delivery that makes it interesting and easy to visualise what happened. Francesca went above and beyond to help those of us who needed some assistance, for me due to a sprained ankle. Your empathy & compassion was so appreciated🥰. Thank you Francesca for such a memorable tour of the Colosseum, Forum & seeing the first church. 🤩😍 You are amazing.

Our guide, Pedro, did his job wonderfully. The pace we took during the visits was very good and gave time to see everything at ease, with very extensive explanations, but at the same time very simple and enjoyable, suitable for everyone, with touches of humor. We toured the entire Palatine Forum, he gave us many details of everything, also interactive and fun. In the Colosseum, he almost made us feel like gladiators going out to the arena or spectators of the games. We had a great time and would definitely repeat with him as a guide.

Join an exclusive tour of the Arena, the gladiators’ battlefield, limited to just a few visitors at a time.

  • Everything you get: Skip the crowds and enter through the Gladiator’s Gate, straight onto the fragile, partially reconstructed Arena floor—off-limits with standard tickets. With your expert guide, uncover stories of gladiator training, bloody clashes, political intrigue, and even ancient stadium lighting. Then continue to Palatine Hill’s imperial ruins and the Roman Forum’s grand temples, arches, and basilicas.
  • Why choose this: Standard Colosseum access doesn’t include the arena floor—a rare privilege due to its very limited capacity and preservation needs. See the amphitheater from a gladiator’s-eye view, learn its significance from your guide, and finish amid the Forum’s ruins.
  • Upgrade: Opt for a small-group tour (15 guests) for an intimate, interactive experience, or choose a regular group tour for a budget-friendly option.

Seeing the Colosseum for the first time was a wow moment. But getting inside was just amazing and with the full experience of being taken around by our knowledgeable tour guide from Inside Out Italy made it quite special. The highlight was of course seeing the whole of the Colosseum from the arena floor but we also got taken up and round different floors and seeing it from different angles. Then after the Colosseum you're taken across to the Roman Hill and Paletine. So all in all it was what I would call a thorough tour the only bit we didn't see up close was the underground part of the Colosseum but you get to see the central underground section from the arena floor anyway. Well worth doing.

Visiting the Colosseum, or "Coliseu" as it's known in Portuguese, is an absolutely breathtaking experience that transports you back to the heart of ancient Rome. Standing within those colossal ruins, you can almost hear the roar of the crowds and imagine the gladiatorial contests that once took place on the arena floor. The sheer scale of Roman engineering is awe-inspiring, and exploring the intricate levels, from the underground hypogeum where animals and gladiators awaited their fate, to the upper tiers offering panoramic views of the entire amphitheater, truly brings history to life. The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.

Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.

Excellent value. Easy to use once you realise that you use the train / facilities ticket for the principle attractions, not just the train. Only problem is that the QT code is only valid for use for 1 minute after loading, which is easily reset, but we did come to one station where there was no mobile or WiFi coverage which is needed each time to generate the codes

I was told about the Amazing Pass through a friend who just recently visited Japan and Im very glad I ended up getting the pass for my party of 4. It turned out to be very convenient and I was able to get my money's worth through all the attractions and transit fees I didn't have to pay for individually. It also encouraged us to do more in Osaka than we ha ld originally planned. I highly recommend this pass if you are able to get it.

Many cool attractions are included and traveling by metro is very uncomplicated. The fact that the Qr code expires after 1 minute is sometimes annoying

Ticketing was great - right to the front of the queue - saved lots of time. Best experience was going up the towers for the views.

Bought it mostly to visit Osaka castle. It's quite nice to visit it without waiting in line. Also used it in metro. Was quite upset, that it doesn't match with Nankai line, keep it in mind
