I was able to access the tickets easily. We understood the guided tour duration was 1 hour 30 minutes. The guide spook with us as we took 5 min walk to the tower. After the guide took us up to the 2nd floor the guided part of the tour was over.

We lucked out being the only one on the tour and it was the night of my 40th birthday- it felt so special! Rafael was a fantastic guide- he walked us up through some beautiful photo spots, took lots of pictures of my husband and I, and answered all of our questions not just about the Eiffel Tower but about life in Paris. It wasn't a crowded night but it was still so nice to follow someone who knew exactly where to go and just be able to take it all in. Highly recommend this experience!

What a great experience from start to finish almost :) we started the tour outside the pick up address and like most we arrived early tami the tour guide was amazing but she was just filling in as Abbie our actual guide was running late due to metro issue. That being said tami was amazing got us through security and to the lift quickly and efficiently. Abbie arrived just as we where about to board the lift very apologetic and with her note book in hand proceeded to take our tour with an abundance of information. We loved it the kids loved it and it was an amazing experience we will never forget. Thinking of doing one I'd definitely recommend it the Eiffel Tower is a must!

Everyone should see the Eifel Tower with a guide who will tell you the interesting history of the Tower. Our guide was funny and knowledgeable, it was so much better than a solo visit.

The Eiffel Tower structure is outstanding & views are amazing from all levels. The atmosphere around the place is one of awe & excitement. Great seeing some people overcoming their fear of heights. Our tour guide "kendrick" was absolutely professional & helpful & informative about the whole structure & historic occurances at the tower 5*****👍

I am happy with this experience because it was one of my wife's birthday presents-she was really happy and that's what counts! Unfortunately, however, I must observe that the one and a half hour wait to go up the tower was really too long and inexplicable! Especially since having already bought tickets we should have had priority. Luckily we had a very nice and very good guide Mademoiselle LIZ who entertained us by telling us the history of Eiffel, many funny stories and many anecdotes that made the wait less heavy.

The whole experience was awesome starting with not having to queue up to get in, skipping the lines enabled us spend more time touring the tour itself. The guide gave the history of the tour which gave an insight on how the tower got to look the way it does today. The view...breathtaking I loved the lights show too

Efi our tour guide made the experience very enjoyable and was very knowledgeable in the information he provided. He took time and made the effort to inclue everybody in the tour. The weather took a turn for the worse but actually made it more enjoyable. We got to experience a storm whilst at the summit and it made the experience all the more memorable.

Our tour Guide, Sol, was a 10/10! Her english was clear and easy to understand. Her enthusiasm was great! She was patient, informed, with an engaging delivery of the information. She was eager to answer any questions, made sure our group of 7 was kept together, patiently acted as photographer for everyone in the group, and provided a great history of the tower. The boat ride was pleasant, but with much less info provided about the buildings along the way.

Everything went smoothly according to the program I received by email. Our guide Daniela was a great help, she gave us all the important information, told us the historical course of events and was very helpful at all times. The view of Paris from the top of the Eiffel Tower is something you should not miss, as is the boat cruise on the Seine River.

A guide with wit and charm led us through the waiting time and really explained everything to us! Fortune had great pictures with historical facts and told us great anecdotes. The waiting time went by much faster and everyone had the opportunity to leave the queue (coffee, ice cream, around the corner again) - we think it was worth it

Our guide Nihad (Headout/Experience First) was very good! He made the 2.5 hour wait, including 2 hours to get on the lift, more pleasant with good entertainment. Despite having booked a ticket and guide, we had to wait a long time. You would have had the same waiting time even without a reservation. This was not apparent anywhere beforehand. There were hundreds of people with reservations at the meeting point. However, the organization and division into small groups of about 15 was very good. Waiting time at the first security entrance was short. The elevator is clearly a bottleneck. Regardless of whether you have a reservation or not!

Visiting the Colosseum, or "Coliseu" as it's known in Portuguese, is an absolutely breathtaking experience that transports you back to the heart of ancient Rome. Standing within those colossal ruins, you can almost hear the roar of the crowds and imagine the gladiatorial contests that once took place on the arena floor. The sheer scale of Roman engineering is awe-inspiring, and exploring the intricate levels, from the underground hypogeum where animals and gladiators awaited their fate, to the upper tiers offering panoramic views of the entire amphitheater, truly brings history to life. The company that organized this tour did an exceptional job, handling every detail to ensure a smooth and enriching visit and helping to find the correct place. A special mention must go to our tour guide, Simona, whose passion and knowledge truly brought the Colosseum to life. She expertly navigated us through its storied past, pointing out fascinating details and sharing captivating histories that made the ancient stones speak volumes. It's a powerful reminder of the grandeur and complexity of a civilization that shaped so much of the world.

Our guide, Diego, was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly, intelligent, funny and loves telling the history of his birthplace. This tour has a lot to cover in 3 hours so if you're not a fast walker/stair climber there might be better choices for you. The only downside was that we got instructions to meet in 1 location only to get there on time and be told we needed to go to a different address- for folks without internet this could be difficult. It wasn't far but was across streets, through construction, and down an alley- could have told us to meet there from the beginning.

We came to Rome for the first time at the end of April and this visit to the Colosseum and the Roman Forum was a must. The tour was incredible from start to finish. Our enthusiastic guide Laura Antonucci really helped "flesh out" what we were seeing at the Forum, Palatinr Hill & Colosseum, with helpful colour illustrations & many details to bring it all to life! We appreciated the clear fantastic English & the response to questions in our all adult group. They found shade when possible which was appreciated, built in a well timed 🚾 stop, as well advising us of the lift for seniors who needed it. Cannot recommend enough!

I went on a very cozy, private tour with Marle Robinson, with three other tourists. Marle was amazingly knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories from history throughout the experience. She's very sharp and witty, with a lot of funny jokes to keep us engaged. At the same time, she was very attentive to our needs, making sure we remained hydrated, never strayed too far from each other and had ample time to snap a couple of photos. The tour gave us fast track entry to the venues and we were able to coast through the sites swiftly due to the sheer size of the company. It's very clear that our guide is passionate about the topics covered during the tour, being a practising scholar herself. This tour is highly recommended!

It was an unexpected highlight of our time in Florence. The Douma was booked out and it was a free museum day, so the lines were very long. We happened upon the hop on hop off bus tour and decided that would allow us to see more of the city. The views from Piazzale Michelangelo were amazing and we would've missed it if we hadn't taken the bus tour!

I find hop on hop off, always very good to get to the important sights and to orient myself in a city, I was satisfied, the buses were well attended, but there were always seats, the stops were not always immediately to find.

Hardly any waiting times < 20 min. Always got a seat on the upper deck. Top scenery where you can hardly go on foot A perfect day!

It would have been good if it had been announced at the terminus when the bus would start again. This took half an hour, during which you could have got off and used the time. This was only possible on request.

We had some uncertainty with finding an actual "Hop on, Hop off" stop within the city of Florence. It would be great if the confirmation email after purchase used the customer's location to identify where the nearest stop might be. It is difficult in Florence, as many head for the Duomo/Santa Maria Novella piazza area, but there are no stops in that area. Once we did find a stop, the tour was great and showed us parts of Florence that took us away from the throngs i.e. Fiesole.

The audio worked so well. The ride was so enjoyable. The bus driver was clear when announcing stops. We just sat back and enjoyed the ride.

I was in Florence on another excuywhich left me 3 hours if free time. I chose the hop on/off bus to be able to see more of Florence. I gave it a good rating because the bus stop I needed to get on was difficult to find. Lucky for me the number you call for customer service got me to the spot. The man in the phone was fabulous. Without him, I may not have found the stop.

It was a good experience. Lots of people. No one was at the stop 10 to line people up. It was a holiday and so many people and people were trying to get in front of other people.

It is very useful when you have little time to visit the city. Punctual with schedules, very convenient to be able to get on and off at will to visit sites of interest.

Sadly, the Florence half marathon was scheduled for the first day of our 48hr ticket, which meant we lost 1/4 of the time we could have used on the tour. The staff were at the stops to advise us, so kudos to them for being brave enough to stand and explain it. Otherwise, all good.
