- Pregnant women and individuals with asthma, cardio-respiratory issues, or other health conditions are not allowed on this experience.
- Recommended gear: Wear layered clothing, long trousers, trekking shoes, and bring a backpack with water and snacks.
- Clothing and footwear suitable for the mountain environment are available for rent at 2,500m.
- Children under 5 years old must pay €30 for cable car access.
- Pet dogs are welcome but must be kept on a leash and wear a muzzle at all times.
- Drones and large suitcases are not allowed on this experience.
- These tickets can’t be cancelled. However, you can use them any time within the next 5 days.
- These tickets are valid for 5 days from the date of purchase.

I find it very expensive, the access to the top (80€) and then you can't even see the lava! Only a little smoke coming out of the ground.... Unbelievable. It is a robbery!
