The Cistern is truly beautiful. Well worth a visit and the ability to just walk straight in was ideal. We went late morning/early afternoon and were not swamped by the crowds.
Well-organized tour, with the site very well preserved and with lighting changes that make the experience even more incredible

There was really no line at all. We were immediately inside. The place is awesome. The lights changing colours are beautiful. The shadows of Medusa were great. Wonderful experience
The group was small and we had plenty of time to wander on our own. I would have liked more history though it was difficult to hear our guide as the others in the group didn't move closer and I was in the back.
Headout helped to make the visit for all locations seamless, for a first-time visitor. The App came with very clear directions for all sites along with online pdf (QR codes) tickets. This saved considerable time.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience in 3 main attractions, Hagia Sophia / Topkapi Palace / Basilica Cistern!
Awesome Location, good audioguide, suggestions and indications had been detailed and useful.
Getting passed the long lines. The ingenuity of how they solved their water problems.
Beautiful!!! Everything -- I recommend the skip-the-line ticket

Beautiful place Nice cool place in a hot day
It is something uniqie, worth to see
Spectacular, nice lighting, and with pre purchased tickets, no line. Not too crowded and nice and cool.
Simply amazing. It was one of our higlights in our first Turkey experience.
Great experience from start to finish. The hosts, the captains and the staff were all very accommodating and knowledgeable about Istanbul. Highly recommend for any world travellers. Justin & Jessica - Vancouver, Canada
I bought the super combo to visit Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and the cistern and it was a success. We have entered without queuing practically in the middle of August. I recommend it

The time it took to figure out where to pick up the tickets for the Topkapi Palace and waiting for the guide who was to take us inside exceeded the time it would have taken us to buy the regular ticket. The "skip the line" only works well for Hagia Sophia and the Cistern. No for the palace

A place you can not miss if you go to Istanbul. Unique and unrepeatable. With the tickets taken out, we did not queue at all and we saw it very quietly.

The experience was unforgettable. I managed to book my tickets at the last minute. The company I booked with called me and helped me get to where I needed to meet our guide. The guide was amazing! Her knowledge of French history and ability to speak English made the tour even more enjoyable.
Paris! Eiffel Tower – pure magic! Had an amazing time with my daughter. The breathtaking views and city lights made us feel like we were in a fairytale. I highly recommend a guided tour; it was absolutely wonderful and made the experience even better!
Temmy was an outstanding guide for our small group Eiffel Tower visit. She impressed us with her deep knowledge, sharing all the essential facts and statistics about the landmark in a way that was both clear and engaging. Temmy kept the tour lively by asking interesting questions, making the experience not only educational but genuinely fun for everyone. Thanks to her expertise and friendly approach, our visit was much more memorable and enjoyable than we expected. Highly recommended!
Our tourist guide Alexandra was very energetic and very friendly. She explained well all the history and even had a question and answer for the group
Our guide, Sebastian, was knowledgeable and entertaining. We did not find it too crowded or the lines too long. A very pleasant experience. We booked through your tour group by accident which is what we call a happy accident. Thank you!
Although it was windy raining and chilly, the guide was cheerful accommodating and knowledgeable. I enjoyed my experience
Well planned tour and knowledgable tour guide who spoke 5 languages...!! Great views of the city and information on the tower and Paris. Highly recommend it.
Beautiful experience that I would also repeat immediately! One never gets tired of seeing the Eiffel Tower especially when accompanied by an empathetic and helpful guide (even if , alas, he does not speak Italian like the vast majority of French people)who, after explaining the history of the tower in Spanish, English and French, escorted us to the second floor and then left us free to visit this wonder . From any floor and angle of the tower the view of Paris is breathtaking!!! All this without having stood in line for even a minute given the priority access.

Out tour guide Alexandra was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. She knew the right facts that would interest us. Highly recommended.
Great tour guide, Louise, made the process seamless. A beautiful clear day, making the view clear and stunning. Always a beautiful view, but shame about being so busy and popular, but that also adds to the atmosphere.
The tour guide was great. She knew a lot about the tower and was able to incorporate jokes and made it a great experience.
A very nice experience I recommend it the price is good the guide very explanatory and understandable at all times was aware of the group.

The whole booking process was very seamless. I found the guide (Natalie) very easily and she did an amazing job explaining the history of the Eiffel Tower. Learnt so many cool things that I didn't know before. Would highly recommend the guided tour for a more in-depth experience.
Tana was a fabulous guide. She was easy to understand, speaking loud and clear. She provided fun and informational tour. She was able to answer many questions. We throughly enjoyed her!!
The man who gave us the tour was amazing. While we were waiting in line, he told us everything about the Eiffel Tower. We learned things we didn't know.
Edmond, our tour guide was very knowledgeable and efficient. Kept our entire group engaged. It was a bummer that we were unable to reach the summit that day due to technical issues with the elevator. Overall a great experience
The guides and owners were so friendly and supportive. They communicated very well and it was an easy, pleasurable tour! Their office was close to the event and the Sienne open tour was so helpful. Would highly recommend them!
Although it was an English tour, the tour leader was very kind and explained to us in detail the various episodes of the Eiffel Tower...bravo

Unforgettable Eiffel Tower Summit Tour – Thanks to Joanna! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Finding our guide was easy, and from the very beginning, Joanna stood out with her professionalism. She gave us a clear safety briefing and set expectations early on—there was no skip-the-line access, and we might have to wait. And we did—almost two hours! But honestly, it didn’t feel that long at all because Joanna kept us thoroughly engaged. With her arsenal of fun facts, quirky trivia, and rich history of the Eiffel Tower, she turned what could’ve been a frustrating wait into an educational and entertaining part of the experience. Her energy, knowledge, and customer service were second to none—hands down the best I’ve encountered during my entire trip in Paris. Joanna didn’t just guide us to the top—she elevated the whole experience. Highly recommended!
Yussef was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Being at the top looking out over the city was our favorite.
We lucked out being the only one on the tour and it was the night of my 40th birthday- it felt so special! Rafael was a fantastic guide- he walked us up through some beautiful photo spots, took lots of pictures of my husband and I, and answered all of our questions not just about the Eiffel Tower but about life in Paris. It wasn't a crowded night but it was still so nice to follow someone who knew exactly where to go and just be able to take it all in. Highly recommend this experience!
This was one of the best tours I have been a part of. Rafael was nothing short of amazing. He was friendly, very informative, and made sure everyone had an enjoyable experience. We also zipped past security and all of the lines. I highly recommend!
I had trouble finding the meeting point for the guideey tour but the Headout reps reached me via What'sApp at the meeting time! Great service 👍

"The Valencia Aquarium is an exciting journey into the heart of the oceans! The variety of marine species is endless and each tank is a world unto itself, full of surprises and wonders. But the dolphin show was the most exciting moment: their intelligence, agility and friendliness left one breathless! And the fact that there are so many restaurants inside was a much appreciated comfort touch. Definitely worth a visit, it is an experience that leaves you with a smile on your face and a heart full of joy!"

Beautiful experience. It was really exciting to see all the marine species present like belugas, seals, sharks plus other animals like crocodiles, flamingos, turtles, etc. The dolphin show was amazing, we had chills! The sociability, beauty and intelligence of these animals is something that leaves you breathless...overall everything is well organized, although there were quite a lot of people , we did not suffer , the spaces are large and all well managed. Numerous facilities available, such as bars, restaurants, self dispensers of water and soft drinks, toilets numerous and well maintained. The whole structure around is something impressive. The Science Museum is also wonderful, very large spaces and everything well maintained. The Leonardo immersive room is wonderful. Lots of stations to try some experiments or virtual experiences. Everything is really worthwhile.

Felt safe and comfortable. AC downstairs. Really easy buying the tickets through headout. Also for finding other things to do.
The whole package was just right, unfortunately we had the bad luck that we lost our bearings after the park and therefore couldn't find the bus stop. But apart from that everything was really great. I would book again.

Price too high for the service provided. Nonchalant staff. Lost paper tickets = 0 commercial gestures = big disappointment 👎👎👎. Only solution = buy more tickets. Seriously? An imposed departure point that was a 40min walk away when I could have taken the bus 5 min from my hotel. Impossible to know the route of the bus before having it inside. I wouldn't recommend this company.

Very nice city, buses were not crowded, frequent passage so little wait, very comfortable. The first one we took had peroyparecular x headphone jacks that did not work, in the others, however, all the connections had been renewed

It was fine I love this kind of touristic buses because we can have a first looking at the cities. This city tour bus was clean, it was not crowded because you have enough buses, the staff was very kind and willing to help so in general your service is fine. I will look for you again!
We loved being able to enjoy the bus while doing our sightseeing all day long from 9:45 am to 7:45 pm (we took the bus closest to our apartment, only 10 min walk away) impeccable 😉. We had a great day, the staff on the bus are very pleasant, it's great to find people who speak all languages (at least ours 😉). They gave us good advice..... We recommend enjoying Barcelona this way for a day, it's perfect.....and not as tiring as it sounds because you can rest on the bus 🚌

Buying the tickets was very easy, but the activity didn't start properly... I had to ask for the headphones and map myself, the friendliness of the flight attendant was strange, this on the first day, the first contact. However, on the second day, the availability, friendliness and care were incredible. The pity was that not all the audio terminals worked and it was very hot downstairs.

The bus was an easy, relaxing way to move between the city's key landmarks. The audio accompanying the trip was interesting and informative. Staff were helpful and friendly. We very much enjoyed the experience and would happily use the bus again in other cities.
Beautiful formula to freely tour Barcelona in one day.We saw what we were interested in and I recommend it to families.
View original review in Italian
In general, there are many good things about the bus tour: stops and transfers from route to route and an audio guide in many languages, and the ability to get off and on throughout the tour and friendly staff, but one significant disadvantage, in my opinion, is the lack of air conditioning. Riding in such a bus in the hot season is very uncomfortable.

It is a good proposal ; interesting to be able to go down in the places of interest ; especially for those who do not know the public means of transportation ! It is necessary to be clear about the places you want to visit to plan where to get off ! There are places that can not be seen from the bus !

Easy and quick transportation along the sights in Barcelona. It was unfortunate, however, that the audio guide started too late so that at many bus stops (or bridges/tunnel) the narration was cut off by a standard text and then not restarted.

We loved the aquarium! The experience was unique, and everyone should visit it while in Valencia. Be sure to see the dolphin show — such a touching moment. I wouldn’t recommend visiting the Science Museum. Many of the exhibitions were only in Spanish. Unfortunately, we missed our scheduled time for the Hemisfèric due to poorly provided information during the booking process on the Headout app. Although we contacted the company, we were unable to reschedule the activity. The refund was issued as app credits, which is better than nothing, but I’m still not satisfied. The misleading information and missing the activity really made me feel sad that day.

Inside the Palace of Buckingham we received excellent assistance from the staff as my mom had a small walking problem. They accompanied us and let us use the elevators by accessing the assistance service intended for the disabled. Kudos to them!

The palace looks a piece of art with all the paintings and the antiques. The workers were really helpful, nice and extremely polite. They provided the people in our group with limited mobility with a wheel chair and special route to enter.
Amazing experience for families. It was truly moving to spend time in a place with such rich history. It was a nice touch that the supplied audio guide had options for children to keep them interested and also learn along the way. Didn't expect to be able to wander through the gardens at the end of the event either.
The opportunity to walk through and especially the audio guide was fantastic. The explanations were simple - everything was great.

The guide was excellent. Enjoyed the walk up the mall to the palace and the guide giving lots of info on the buildings. Once in the palace, everything was well organised. Enjoyed every minute.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. It was real eye opener to see on the other side of Buckingham Palace, to learn about some facts like number of rooms and number of employees who work at the palace. The rooms were truly majestic, especially the stairs. The paintings in various rooms were spectacular. We finished off with tea in the café and ice cream in the garden, which was really so nice. Overall a fantastic afternoon for the whole family who thoroughly enjoyed this trip.
Really well delivered the headsets talk you round the splendour of the palaces state rooms. A real honour when you think it is still the Royals home.
Was an amazing experience and privilege to walk inside rooms of the palace, they are truly stunning! Finding the ticket marquees was a bit confusing and redeeming the voucher meant queuing twice but there was plenty of staff advising and directing. I would recommend using this company and visiting the state rooms
The guide we had on the walking tour portion was what made this excursion.. it's too bad they don't go thru the palace with you.. He was very informative, funny and gave us insight we wouldn't have had if we just booked tickets thru the palace site.. but people remember to tip your guide! Felt bad for him because we didn't see any other "group" on our tour tip him besides us...
It was very interesting to visit the state rooms at Buckinghmam Castle. We liked the fact that the tour included a free audio guide.

Getting tickets from ticket office easy. No QR code is needed. Enjoyed tour - bought delicious ice cream on way out but feel like marquee was pretty dull! No view of the beautiful lake and not enough benches around lake. Still worth visiting.
Everything was very simple, I arrived at the point mentioned in the application and everything was easy and on time. The place was great! Thanks

From arriving and receiving the tickets the process was seamless and very well organised. The headsets were great and everyone moved at their own pace and could experience the rooms with ease. There was also a family option which meant the children were engaged looking for the items in the room and checking them off. I personally would have liked the option to learn about all of the paintings or objects which were limited to a few per room but I understand not everyone would enjoy that. The gardens were lovely and lots of options for ice cream or food at the end with a gift shop too. A super experience and would recommend
It was an awesome experience, walking in the same carpet king and queen would meet dignitaries. Saw fantastic paintings and marble statues from 1600's. Even Rembrandts.
I liked the rooms but shame couldn't take photos. Also wanted to see some more meaningful rooms, I.e where the Royals dine, the kitchen
Amazing experience, the palace is stunning. The audio guide when walking around was very informative & interesting. Although I would have liked more of the detailed information on the various art works & furniture pieces.
Paperless tickets would be much better. No photos are allowed to take inside of the palace. Nothing in the back garden and you asking some photos in the next question?
Our guide Angie was very knowledgeable when it came to the walking element of the tour it was very interesting. The rooms inside the Palace were awesome definitely an experience. Booking was easy and the meeting point worked well.
The ticket experience was fine. No problems. We enjoyed being able to enter the palace the most.. To be able to walk in the footsteps of the Royal Family, wow it was incredible.
The format of times written down was confusing. I actually missed the tour because I thought it was at 2:30pm when your instructions said the tour was 2 hr 30min. Seeing the times close together at a glance I misread the time at lost out, over $69 (USA) I'm very disappointed I could reschedule or the least maybe have someone call me to see if I was lost. I had done another tour and they let me even when I was late due to a late train. I would never recommend any tour through this company!
Lovely visit with a very interesting audio guide. The salons are magnificent, the works of art exceptional. The place is calm and peaceful, not crowded. We were able to take time to observe this exceptional place. The young employees were smiling and welcoming. The whole family was delighted.

The meeting spot was great and plenty of info prior to the tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgable!
Paul and Peter very beautiful person Thanks you so much
Fine ticketing guide was knowledgeable
Bernie was great very personable and sherry went above and beyond to help us after I went to the wrong side
Jacob our guide is wonderful! Loved his stories on daredevils
It was an amazing experience for us all! Our guide Jacom was awesome very informative and very entertaining! He made us feel comfortable and welcomed! Can't wait to bring the rest of the family! Thank you!
Amazing tour guide, one of the best boat experiences I had in my life. The boat operator took us so close to the Horseshoe falls, it was INSANE .....
I was surprised at how close we came to the falls! It was an awesome experience seeing the falls so close, and cooling on such a hot day. My favorite time this vacation.
I thought Darrel did a great job of managing such a diverse group. The falls speak for themselves. If I could add something to address. In the beginning, we're all standing around for at least 30 mins. Peter likes to engage with each person during check-in. But it would be better to move the line along faster and maybe get the tour started with those there sooner rather than waiting. Anyone late or has last-minute sign-ups can be brought in a second group. But Peter needs to move faster.
Our tour guide Paul was friendly and had tons of fun facts about the falls and surrounding area. As for the boat ride ... the Maid of the Mist was an amazing time!! The boat gets so close to the falls and offers a spectacular 360 view of the the area. You for sure get a bit more than a "mist" on the ride, but it's so worth it!!
Bowie was an excellent tour guide, knowledgeable and funny! We enjoyed listening to the history and his advice for the maid of the most experience!
Easy booking and directions, guide was great. Misleading site as it is not official for Maid boats, just a 3rd party overpriced walking tour of free state park then puts you on boats at the end. Could have done this ourselves and paid far less.

Even though the tour was brought forward from 11 a.m. to 8 a.m., the organization was very good overall. Everything went smoothly. Our tour guide spoke very good German and explained a lot and also answered questions. The 3:30h tour goes by quickly and is a bit superficial. There is little time to look at things in peace. You would have to book one of the longer tours for that. Overall, it was a very good experience (despite all the terrible things we saw and heard)

The guide. She was awesome. Her voice tone, her knowledge and sentimental soul added a lot to this trip. Everyone should go and see what happened in the history. Everyone should feel and understand.
I found it really well organized. Always available to guide tourists. Thank you very much for your guide.

An experience rich in emotions. Friendly guide and everything went very smoothly. The only downside: our visit scheduled for 10am was moved to 3:30pm. This was written into the sales conditions, but it was a real inconvenience given our schedule.

A place that should be visited at least once in a lifetime. The guide was very knowledgeable and gave a detailed account of what was seen in the death camps. It remains a strong image in the mind and heart

Except for the fact that we had booked the tour leaving at 10 a.m. and the time was changed to 5:40 a.m.😓in the end it turned out better than expected because we finished by lunch and had half a day left. The tour is nice with the guide but a bit quick.Margherita was wonderful, very thorough and kind, she gave us useful advice about staying in Krakow as well.

This is a sensitive camp. The guide was very professional. He explained everything very clearly. The meeting point and all the information was presented very clearly.
We were a small group of French people, with an exceptional guide by the name of Anita. The tour was, however, quite demanding.

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply moving and sobering experience. It’s not a “beautiful” place in the conventional sense—nor should it be. It is a place that confronts us with the darkest chapters of human history, and reminds us of the unimaginable suffering endured by millions. Our tour was exceptionally well guided by Magdalena m. Her knowledge, sensitivity, and respectful tone were outstanding throughout the visit. She managed to convey historical facts with clarity while also capturing the emotional weight and human stories behind them. Magdalena struck the perfect balance between education and empathy—never overstepping the line into dramatization, but also never letting the gravity of the place fade. This is not a tour you “enjoy” in the traditional sense. It is a tour you carry with you. Thanks to Magdalena, we left not only informed, but emotionally connected to what we had witnessed. Her guidance made all the difference.
The tour itself was great, you can't complain. Anyone who wants to take a look should definitely book a tour to get a lot of peripheral information. It is highly recommended - we found it very interesting and heartbreaking at the same time. I just thought it was a shame that our tour was brought forward to 07:45 instead of 11:30 as booked. It was just decided and we had no other option such as choosing another day or a refund.

I loved that we were picked up and dropped off at our hotel- the drive was nice and the van was comfy- it was an enjoyable moving experience- our tour guide was very good and he shared a lot of information- glad we booked it
A respectful factual tour, covering a very difficult subject, done very well.
The tour guide went into so much detail and just to be able to walk round
Well planned. Good communication.
Very nice guide very informative
Wonderful, and the guide was fabulous, a 10!

Good tour, very important in order to understand our human history and the terrors humanity is capable of.

Friendly, professional guides. Everything is clear from the start. I recommend

The tour of Auschwitz itself was fantastic and the guide there was fantastic. The third kart company they use "discover cracow" is dreadful though. Very unprofessional, disorganised and frankly I thought their service was unacceptable
+The ticketing was very easy, the bus and the driver were very good, the guide was a good one -There was a reschedule of about 6 hours of our trip
It was a perfect experience, the bus transfer, the pick up and drop off points in Krakow, Margarita the girl who took care of everything, the guide that we had during the visit with all the explanations a marvel, although the visit is hard I would always recommend her.

Despite the fact that they changed the pick up time (from 8:00 to 10:20h) it has fulfilled everything we expected. The routes were super comfortable, the guide explained everything great and you could leave your backpacks in the bus that was always in the parking lot ready to pick us up. In short, highly recommended if you do not want to go on your own.

We saw all the major landmarks along the Thames, and the staff made it even better by sharing not just the usual facts, but also funny and interesting stories. It was my favorite activity during our London trip.
The views were great. Stayed on to Greenwich which was definitely worth it. The guy that did the guiding was great. Unfortunately it was difficult to hear. Would recommend to others.
Really easy to book and download the tickets. Boat was very busy but we had a good seat on the top deck. Very friendly and helpful staff on board and fun and interesting commentary. Would definitely book again and will be recommending to others.
Ticket via internet day before, ok. 1 hour trip from Westminster pier to Greenwich was great experience with nice and funny commentary 🙂
Great trip and the added commentary made the trip. A shame we couldn't get outside upstairs on boat but still a very enjoyable experience.
The guide was very informative (even though he invented the origin of the word 'wharf' 🤔) And the river is a good vantage point to see the buildings and architecture.
We took the first boat trip at 10.10am with only a few other people. The guide spoke clearly and took us along in a humorous way. The view from the boat is very special.

The humour sense of the captain.
All was good Niiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiice
Great weather and a leisurely cruise Westminster to Greenwich. Sadly commentary Westminster to Tower of London wasn't good as we couldn't understand the Asian lad. But from tower a young lad joined and took over and was excellent. All staff really polite and value beverages too. Would highly recommend
River cruise was fantastic - got to see Big Ben, London Eye and Tower Bridge. Staff were really friendly and the commentary on the boat was hilarious. My daughter and I had a lot of fun. Easy to book, reasonable prices too.
Myself and my minded children had a great time inboard. What made it more enjoyable was the commentary and the fact that I wasn't sick on board. Usually boats make me throw up but for some reason I am good on this 1. It's my 2nd time and no doubt won't be my last.
Excellent trip, perfect tourist guides. Beautiful weather. Great customer service. It was really relaxing like perfect summer holidays. I really enjoyed that.
We enjoyed the csuise up to Greenwich as it was nice and relaxed and the commentary was good. Easy to get tickets and a reasonable price.
The trip was very entertaining thanks to the live explanations from the employee. The service on board is also great, you can order something via QR code which is then delivered to your seat. All in all recommended.

Seeing London from The Thames was fantastic, but the highlight was the commentary givieb by the crew. It was funny as well as informative.
Very informative about history and the buildings with great humour. Made the trip well worth it. Will do it again. The commentary given was spot on!!!!!!
Only saw email with extra 5 % off after I purchased tickets. Sometimes get a bit aggravated by guides saying they guide for free and hope you will put contributions in bucket. I have a freedom pass and trip would be much cheaper with uber boat. I pay the extra for the guiding.
The numerous sights to see along the cruise. Also the commentary of the captain was filled with historical information which I felt was valuable. I will absolutely do it again next time I visit London.
It was raining hard so was difficult to see much from the windows inside. However the commentary provided by the captain was entertaining and informative and made the trip worthwhile. We'll be back on a sunny day!
What a wonderful way to experience London. Fantastic views of Big Ben, The Tower of London and more. Excellent commentary from a real Londoner and a friendly crowd on board to listen. Loved it
I had an absolutely fantastic time on the London river boat ride! The views of the city from the water were breathtaking — seeing landmarks like the Tower Bridge, the London Eye, and the Houses of Parliament from this perspective felt magical. The boat was comfortable and spacious, and the atmosphere was relaxed yet exciting. The crew was friendly, professional, and full of interesting facts about the sights along the Thames. It was such a refreshing way to explore London, away from the busy streets, and I left feeling both relaxed and inspired. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!
The presentation given by the person on the boat. We are French and the person took the trouble to speak more slowly and articulate the words, which enabled us to understand almost all of his presentation and associated anecdotes. Many thanks to him.

The view and the crew were fabulous , a must see in London. The commentary where funny and well placed , the different site perfectly chooses and the captain put the boat in positions that allow you to take wonderful pictures. I had one of the best river cruise of my life and I've done plenty (Paris, New York, Amsterdam, Strasbourg, Lyon ....)

Would 100% recommend this tour (including St Peter's) to anyone looking to see the Vatican. It was very organised. Gabriella was a great tour guide! Very friendly, approachable and informative!
Our tour guide Pasquale was the best. Answered all our questions and provided a ton of information. He definitely made this tour worthwhile. If you do a tour, ask for him as your guide
The guide Susanna was great, punctuality met, very helpful and knowledgeable-all excellent. In addition, we discovered an excellent Molise restaurant for breakfast and lunch, near the agency from which the tour starts and tickets are picked up.

Very informative presentation. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we caught the importance of what we were observing. It was amazing.
Very good experience, Joaquina (our guide in Spanish) a success!!!! We were able to make our dream come true and the tour was more than we expected, her kindness and patience to explain everything was the top of the tour. Highly recommended. What we liked the most was not having to wait in the long lines and the complications to enter St. Peter's Basilica, since being part of the tour allows you to access everything faster!

Paulina was a star! In the heat and in the crowds she led our group through the Vatican museum, Sistine chapel and led us to St Peter's Basilica (where she did pre instruction as she cannot guide there. Our family learned a lot we would not know without the tour.
As someone with no base knowledge besides that the Vatican is the home of Catholicism. This was a great way for me to learn about all of Vatican City and the history of it. I would have been wandering around aimlessly without my tour
The guided tour was great, the guide was very funny and explained things very well. Cutting all the queues was great. I recommend it in French, we were with Paolo 😊👍🏼!

Our guide Marta was very knowledgeable and nice. She was a great storyteller and gave great background throughout the tour in each area. The tour was good and I would recommend them. We had a very nice time on this tour and it went to all the spots we wanted. The description is accurate on what you get with the tour. I only have one suggestion - and that is during times with extreme crowds, it is important to ensure that all of the group is accounted for. My husband and I (and another girl we didn't know) were separated during the tour in a critical area to short cut into the Sistine Chapel. The group was given 15 minutes there, but because we were lost and took the long way, buy the time we got there, we were rushed and didn't get the time the rest of the group had. Please make sure to keep the group together. I do understand it is very hard because of the crowds, so this situation alone would not keep me from taking this tour with this tour group again as everything else in the tour was great.
I recommend this tour and I wish you to find a guide like ours, Antonella.... explained opera by opera.... exciting us and telling us anecdotes . If you choose the skip the line it is better because it will allow you not to stand in endless lines Under the hot sun as in beautiful July! We visited the Vatican museums, the Sistine Chapel and the Basilica. Inside the tour you will find a couple of fountains where you can refill your water bottles. Comfortable shoes and shoulders covered !!! And have fun !!!

We didn't have a clear understanding of where to meet. Head out and our tour guide did everything to find us and ensure we weren't left out. The tour is breathtaking and unforgettable. This may be the best tour we've taken in any city, any where.
The audio thing does not work good. I had difficulty about hearing. The guide is good and I thing very necessary. Before getting tickets be sure to read all of the information about tour, what you need to and do not need to do. Very crowdy so be ready to this
The tour was great. The tour guide was amazing and really knowledgeable. The price was worth it for skipping the ques for the Vatican Museums alone as they were hours long and we bypassed them all and walked in straightaway. The only reason I gave it good rather than awesome was because of the amount of people allowed into the museums itself. This isn't the fault of the tour guide obviously but it meant the experience was less enjoyable in the 30 degree heat because there simply were too many people
Our guide, Vincenzo, was wonderful. Very funny and knowledgeable. I don't think you can enjoy touring the Vatican without a guide and skip the line. 100% worth it!
Skipping the line was absolutely amazing!!!! The tour guide was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable wonderful tour would not have been the same without her!
Our guide Maria Theresa was amazing! She was very knowledgeable in aspects of the tour. She went out of her way to make sure that the whole group of 17 was taken care of. She had her eyes on everyone throughout and wouldn't let anyone get left behind. With the crowds and other tour croups pushing through she did an exceptional job of communicating with us to keep us together. She gave everyone a potty break in the middle if we needed it. I would highly recommend this tour guide and the company as they all are professionals.
The crowds were very heavy for the jubilee but our guide was wonderful in directing us and keeping us focused on the important details on the museum and Basilica!
The tour guide was very well organized, punctual, very entertaining and in addition to his technical and historical knowledge also liked to have a humorous joke along the way. The group was very pleasant with 10 people, it always moved quickly so that we could see everything and also ask what we wanted from this tour. Thank you very much. We are very happy to recommend this tour.

Everything that was mentioned in the tour we saw. Our guide Olga explained so much to the in-depth knowledge & history of The Vatican & sacred places. The crowds were overwhelming but Olga was able to guide us safely to the best vantage points
Very complete visit, the meeting point very easy to locate. I would have liked to have been able to enjoy a little more of the Sistine Chapel, but there were many people and we passed quickly. Otherwise everything was great !!!!
